The Pursuit of a Fresh Face
A healthy, vitally radiant complexion is one of the greatest aspects of personal beauty – but no matter how much we might long for it, our deepest attractiveness can be clouded by built-up dead skin cells, that often hang onto the imperfections we loathe most. These may include scars (especially those left by acne) lines, wrinkles and dullness. Simultaneously, plenty of us are reluctant to use stripping exfoliators that can be severe on skin. It’s becoming more and more clear that a calming cream, that used a research-inspired method to gently address the accumulation of dead skin cells, would be loved by many.
Alpha + Beta = Radiant Skin!
Increasing knowledge is uncovering an understanding that naturally extracted, plant derived Alpha and Beta Hydroxy Acids can be have uses in lightly yet excellently polishing skin, resulting in a refreshed and radiant appearance. In the Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) family can be found Glycolic and Lactic Acids; the first of these is sourced from sugar cane juice, and is said to be especially powerful due to its small molecules’ aptitude in deeply penetrating the skin’s layers. Lactic Acid, which has comparable properties, is taken from milk and dairy goods and is now considered to have been the contemporarily unknown influence behind legendary Egyptian queen Cleopatra’s milk baths and cream masks. They work in perfect union to microscopically work with the skin’s thick outer layer, motivating the skin’s natural renewal.
Beta Hydroxy Acids, in comparison, are thought of as milder - but that doesn’t make them any less powerful! These compounds, including Salicylic Acid, are remarkable for their capability to deal with the blocked nature of some pores, making them incredibly useful again blemishes like blackheads and whiteheads. Combining these Alpha and Betas could go a long way toward creating an all-inclusive, whole approach to the requirements of built-up, congested skins.
