The Lé Luna team is exceptionally proud of the high quality of all our products - we choose each and every one so that you will absolutely love it! But sometimes, we understand that you may have second thoughts, and that you shouldn’t have to keep something you’re not happy with. For any reason, if you’d like to make a return, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to do so. Our 30 day return policy is hassle and nonsense free, and what’s more, our friendly customer service team are ready and waiting to help you.
If you’ve simply changed your mind and the item in question has not been opened, and is in its original condition, you can simply send it back to us. Please get in touch with our customer service team, and we will be able to organise this for you. This is available for the first 30 days after it has been delivered. You then have 14 days to return it to us. Once we have received it, you’ll be refunded to the original payment method.
The moment you realise a product is faulty, please immediately stop using it and get in touch. Contact our customer service team with your nine digit order number, item name and the exact nature of the fault, and we will help you address it.
If your packaging, and therefore your items, have been damaged, contact us immediately.
If you’ve received your order and something seems to be missing, please contact us with your nine digit number and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
You’ll be notified by email as soon as your item is received at the warehouse. Additionally, you’ll be notified when we have processed your refund, or on the processing of your resend.
Refunds should be expected to take two to three days after we have received it, although this can depend on your bank and card issuer.
