Men and their thinning hair problem
Almost 85% of men specially around the age of 50 experience hair thinning problem due to a range of factors like genetics, hormones, smoking and stress, which are all directly related to the testosterone levels in the body. An enzyme called 5 alpha reductase (5α-reductases) converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and this can lead to thinning by shrinking the hair follicles. It is therefore important for men to use hair care products that are DHT and 5 alpha reductase blockers.
