When will I receive my order?
We offer a variety of different delivery option so you can choose the one that suits you best. Our Royal Mail Special Delivery is very popular and gets to you guaranteed by 1pm the next day, even on Saturdays, it’s the perfect option for fast and safe delivery. Just be sure to place your order before 4pm on any working day. Our next service is the Royal Mail 1-2 working days delivery where your package will be with you within 48 hours. Finally, we have our Royal Mail 3-5 working days delivery, which is free for all orders above £50. Our 1-2 days and 3-5 days delivery options also come with delivery status SMS and emails, so you know when you will receive your parcel.
All our UK delivery options come with a tracking number, so you can always keep track of your parcel.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order has not arrived on the date that it was supposed to then you can use your tracking number to find out where it is. Your courier may have already tried to deliver your order. You can also contact us and our customer care team will do all that they can to resolve any issue with your delivery. Do I need to sign for my order?
In the event that your are away when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a calling card mentioning the next time they will attempt delivery. Alternatively you can call the number on the card to organise an alternative date and time for delivery. You may also use the tracking number provided to trace the parcels activities to ensure you never miss delivery.
How Will my Package Look?
The packaging of your parcel will vary based on the product ordered and the courier option selected. We understand that no one likes their product to arrive damaged or broken so our more fragile products will arrive with sufficient protection and packaging.
Can my delivery address be different?
Yes, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to the address that is the most convenient for you. You can arrange for your order to be delivered to your work address or to a friend's house if you are unable to receive your order at home. Remember, because we only package your order in plain packaging with all the contents concealed, nobody needs to know what you have ordered.
